wedding, wedding, and more wedding...

Wedding plans are still coming along...It feels like there is SO much to do and so little time to do it...Three weeks from Friday...the day will be here before we know it!
We are working on a tentative schedule of events. Here's what we have so far:

Wednesday
  • Is anyone interested in having dinner? There is a brewery in Breck and a number of fun restaurants. We have some last-minute wedding stuff to take care of during the day but will be done in time for dinner.
Thursday
AM:
  • coffee anyone?
  • 9AM mountain bike ride for the boys - if interested talk to Ryan
  • sometime on Thursday, I (Mollie) would like to do a shopping/walking excursion in Breck - specific time and meeting location TBD
  • another fun thing to do would be to head out to Keystone to take the Gondola to the top of the mountain if it's running (it may be the end of their summer season so I'll have to check on this). Keystone has a great ski village and you walk through it to get to the Gondola. Maybe we could head out to Keystone in the AM then do some 'boutique-ing' in Breck in the afternoon.
PM:
  • 6PM wedding rehearsal at OSHP (One Ski Hill Place) then welcome dinner at the Quandary Grille, Breckenridge
Friday
AM:
  • meet for coffee - location TBD
  • group hike on Spruce Creek Trail to Mohawk Lake
PM:
  • wedding party pics in the afternoon (3:00-ish)
  • 5:30 drinks available at the T-bar (reception site)
  • 6:00 wedding on the patio outside the T-bar

The day is getting close and we should have invites to every one very soon. Mollie and I flew out to Breck to finalize all the plans and see the location for the first time. The location is great and we can not wait to have all of our family and friends join us for a wonderful weekend.

We also booked our Thursday night welcome dinner at the Quandary Grille and are very excited to have everyone join us for dinner and drinks on Thursday night.

Book your room

Here is some info that everyone is waiting for. Mollie and I are staying at One Ski Hill Place but all the lodging locations below are in Breckenridge and are not far from One Ski Hill Place. The wedding and reception will take place at the T-Bar at One Ski Hill Place but there will be shuttles that connect to two of the other lodging sites (Mountain Thunder Lodge and Crystal Peak Lodge). The Great Divide Lodge is not part of their shuttle route. We have been told that the shuttles run all evening. There is also a Gondola that connects One Ski Hill Place to Mountain Thunder Lodge which should still be up and running in September.

***to save yourself some $ on lodging costs, think about sharing a multi-room condo with others (fun!)***

***keep in mind the wedding is at 6:00 pm on Friday ~ weekend schedule coming soon***
